No show, Cancellation, Rescheduling
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
• Private sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours notice.
• If a session is missed without notice, the appointment is considered a no-show and the original payment is non-refundable.
• Sessions booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable due to the reserved nature of the time slot.
• Clients who wish to reschedule after a no-show may do so with a 50% rebooking fee, subject to availability.
Return Policy
At Divine Queen Soul Healing, every item is carefully handcrafted and prepared with intention and care. Due to the nature of handmade and spiritual products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the packaging if applicable
Once reviewed, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered depending on the situation.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective upon arrival. Items must be unused and in their original packaging when applicable.
For sanitary and energetic reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened oils, tinctures, or herbal products
• Custom-made or personalized items
Shipping Information
Divine Queen Soul Healing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages lost due to carrier issues. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
